What we collect

Rebirth collects only the information you provide directly. When you apply as a design partner or book a discovery call, we collect your name, email address, company details, and the answers you provide in the application form. We use this information to evaluate fit, schedule calls, and communicate about your engagement.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your application, to prepare for discovery calls, and to deliver the engagement if we work together. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your application for training AI models.

Analytics

We use PostHog for product analytics to understand how visitors move through the site. PostHog collects anonymized usage data including pages visited, time on site, and device type. You can opt out by enabling Do Not Track in your browser or by using an ad blocker.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies for analytics and to remember your in-progress application. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Data retention

Applications and call notes are retained for the life of our business relationship and for seven years afterward for tax and legal reasons. You can request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].

Your rights

You can request a copy of the information we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of communications at any time. Email [email protected].
