Using this site
By accessing rebirth-ai.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Rebirth is operated by Crowdstake. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer or contract until a separate written engagement agreement is signed.
Applications and calls
Submitting a design partner application does not guarantee acceptance. Booking a discovery call does not guarantee an engagement. Pricing, scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined in a separate statement of work signed by both parties.
Intellectual property
Content on this site, including copy, visuals, and the Knowledge Graph and AI Society methodology, is property of Rebirth and Crowdstake. You may link to pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not reproduce the site or substantial portions of its content without permission.
Applicant content
When you submit an application or other information through the site, you retain ownership of that information. You grant Rebirth a limited license to use it to evaluate your application and, if we engage, to deliver the service. We do not use applicant content to train AI models.
No warranties
This site is provided as is. We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose. We may update or remove content without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Rebirth, Crowdstake, and its officers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site. This limitation does not apply to engagements governed by a signed statement of work, which have their own terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
